You may be required to verify your identity before withdrawals are processed, before bonuses are released, or at any point 888g determines verification is necessary. Verification typically requires a copy of your CNIC (front and back), a selfie with the document, and occasionally a bank statement or Easypaisa transaction history to confirm payment method ownership.
You may request the closure of your 888g account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending bets will be settled normally. Remaining wallet balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe. You may only deposit to your 888g account using payment methods registered in your own name. You may only withdraw to payment methods registered in your own name. Not all games on 888g contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting and Ludo typically contribute 100% of bet value towards wagering. Aviator contributes 100%. Casino slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games including live dealer tables may contribute at a reduced rate — check the specific promotion page for game contribution details.
All 888g bonuses are time-limited. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will expire and be removed from your account at the end of the validity period if requirements have not been met. The standard validity period for 888g bonuses is 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited.
888g monitors bonus activity for evidence of abuse including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play, collusion between multiple accounts to exploit promotions, use of bonus funds in excluded games, and creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once. Evidence of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings and may result in account suspension.
All bets placed on 888g are final once confirmed. Once a bet slip has been submitted and a confirmation reference number issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. You are responsible for reviewing all selections before confirming a bet — including checking the odds, the match, the selection and the stake amount.
888g quotes betting odds in decimal format. Odds can change between the time you select a bet and the time you confirm it. Where 888g operates in price-change-accepted mode, your bet will be placed at the latest available odds. The applicable odds for your bet are displayed on the confirmation screen and in your bet history.
If a sporting event on 888g is abandoned before the minimum threshold for a result is met (as defined by each sport's governing rules), match winner bets will be voided and stakes returned. If a result is declared via rules such as DLS in cricket, bets stand on the official result. Individual special markets may have separate void rules — these are displayed on each market before bet placement.
888g reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error, human error or data feed failure. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account. 888g will notify affected players by email when bets are voided under this clause. What constitutes an obvious error is determined solely by 888g.
Maximum single bet payout on 888g is Rs 2,000,000 (two million Pakistani Rupees) unless a lower limit is displayed on a specific market. Accumulator bets may have separate maximum payout limits displayed before confirmation.
All 888g casino games, Ludo matches and Aviator rounds use a certified Random Number Generator. Game outcomes are determined before the round begins and cannot be influenced by 888g, by other players, or by any external party. The RNG certification covers all 888g-operated games. Third-party game provider titles (slots, live dealer games) use their own certified RNG systems, which are separately audited.
The Aviator crash game available on 888g uses a Provably Fair system. Before each round, 888g commits cryptographically to the crash multiplier via a hashed seed value. After the round ends, the seed is revealed. Players can independently verify that the round result matches the pre-committed seed using the verification tool available in the Aviator game interface. Any round where the result does not match the pre-committed seed would constitute a material breach of 888g's terms — no such case has occurred to date.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game or Ludo session — including disconnection, server error or game freezing — 888g will apply the following: if the round was already determined by the RNG before the malfunction, the result stands and is credited or debited accordingly. If the round result cannot be determined, the bet will be voided and the stake returned. 888g is not liable for internet connection issues on the player's end that cause disconnection during active game rounds.
Ludo on 888g is played against real human opponents. All dice rolls are determined by the certified RNG. Intentional disconnection or failure to complete a Ludo game you have entered will result in a loss of your entry fee. Repeated abandonment of in-progress Ludo games may result in a temporary suspension from the Ludo section.

888g reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 888g will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a notice displayed on the 888g platform upon login.
The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 888g platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
